• The belts were retensioned weekly as they constantly stretched and slipped
• The customer faced significant down time and production losses due to constant stoppages to retension.

Solution :

• Tecommended to install optibelt SK 5V-1800 x 10pcs on existing pulleys
• Installed using Optibelt recommended practices and procedures.
