Main Features
40°inner cone engagement and self-centering ensure high-speed runnung and security braking
The overrun roller ensures the yarn winding on the beam parallel and uniform .The blowing device makes the expansion reed clean.
The pressing force is electro-hydraulic controlled and adjustable between 200-6000N.
The electro-hydraulic controlled disc brakes on both sides, ensure brake for the high-speed running beam rapidly. Brakes on guide roller and pressing roller ensure the synchronized braking.
Through the encoder fixed on the pressure roller ,the yarn length can be calculated precisely,and ensure the same length of different batches.
Centeringby motor control and random elongation & shorten of the expansion reedsmake the operating convenient.
Two hydraulic controlled disc brakes act the constant damping on the pressing roller and enxure the constant pressing force
Prevent flying entering into operator’s body.Avoid any part of body wound by the yarn.Ensure the operator healthy and safe.
